My OB-GYN suggested creatine for brain health. So, I did a deep dive on which product to try. There are a LOT of creatine options to choose from, and I did have to wait for Arrival as they were sold out when I ordered. Totally worth the wait!!. Another day, another wellness supplement. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes in Los Angeles for a decade, and have always prided myself on my ability to coach as separate from the way my body looks. While I have always been a small Asian woman, I’ve never really felt, well, shredded.

Full disclosure, the brand reached out to me via DM to see if I’d like to try out their product a few months back. I had been absentmindedly putting the supplement in my Stanley each day. Fast forward to today when I got my photos back from my studio’s most recent photoshoot and I am fully gagged and gooped by my abs!!! Someone asked me what I was doing differently and I responded… Nothing… but now that I think about it, the only thing that I have changed to credit the shred is this product.

It’s perfect with my Ultima Lemonade flavored electrolyte powder and doesn’t stain the inside of my water bottles. Just repurchased and will continue to report back to my clients and fitness community!

I have been taking this for about a month now. I will keep taking it to see how I feel over time as I know supplements take about 3 months to truly see the affects. So far, I have noticed more energy and focus. I have not had any caffeine for about 3 months so this is a great help in the morning. One scoop mixed with my electrolytes as I head out the door. It is perfect! mixes very well
